Editing document metadata is not limited to metadata defined values

When a document is stored with Metadata management template values.
Afterwards a user can select to change the metadata, but the metadata management template values are not mandatory in that action, they are not even there to be selected.
When metadata is changed after documentstorage.
The same rules should apply to the metadata as are present from the Metadata management template values so the consistency of the data is covered and users are helped with selecting the proper values.
