Document upload, previewer, needs improving

When uploading a document, the documentpreviewer shows the document.
But the size and handling of the document in this previewer is not clear, takes a lot of clicks and is generally not intuitive.
I would be helpfull if the previewed document(not just during upload):
- is focused in view when presented
- zoomed in to a good scale (text is readable)
- the buttons to zoom in; scale the document to the window, not zoom in untill je can't see the document properly anymore
