Preserving custom metadata-template setups during import

Problem:
- When importing a Document Central configuration via the Wizard, existing setups for metadata-template values, default values, fixed values, silent drop values, and retention labels are overwritten.
- Periodic updates of the setup in a Business Central environment using a centrally managed standard configuration result in the loss of custom setups.
- Custom setups need to be manually corrected after each update.

Desired Change:
- Ensure that custom setups for default values, fixed values, silent drop values, and retention labels of metadata-template values can be preserved during the import of a new configuration
