Enable Direct Playback of Media Files in Document Central Preview

Problem:
• Users upload videos and audio files to Document Central, similar to how they upload images or documents.
• These media files cannot be played directly in the datagrid preview.
• Users are required to download these files to view or listen to their content.
• This functionality is available in the underlying platforms like SharePoint and Azure Blob Storage.
Desired Change:
• Enable direct playback of video and audio files from the previewer in Document Central.
• Eliminate the need for users to download media files to access their content.
