Bulk Metadata Editing Functionality in Document Central

Problem
- It is currently not possible to update metadata in bulk for a set of similar documents via Document Central.
- This limitation becomes problematic when policies change or when historical metadata needs to be corrected.
- Bulk corrections currently appear to be only feasible through direct manipulation of the repository using scripts or tooling.

Desired Solution
- Enable the ability to select groups of similar documents based on shared metadata characteristics using filters.
- Allow users to apply metadata changes or additions to the entire selected set in one action.
- Provide this functionality within the Document Central interface to reduce dependency on technical interventions and lower the cost of metadata management.
