Background
When moving documents to another contact or entity, the original creation date is overwritten because the system interprets the move as a new upload.
Issue
Overwriting the original creation date compromises historical accuracy and may lead to compliance issues.
Proposed Change
Retain the original creation date when moving documents.
Update only the “modified” date to reflect the move.
